Summer semester is in full swing. The days are getting hotter and hopefully we’re spending more time by the pool! Summer is also a time for renewing and resetting, having a lighter workload, and thinking about what changes you’d like to make for the next school year. For me, that means thinking about how I can better relay all of USF Dining’s fantastic Health & Wellness programming. I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be transitioning this blog into a Wellness Wednesday post on USF Dining’s Instagram page (@usf.dining)! Every Wednesday, I’ll highlight a different feature of our programming like our Produce of the Month series, Ask the Dietitian Q&A, continuing our Healthy Eating series, and so much more! Make sure to follow us on IG so you can keep up with all the news. That’s also where we feature our special events like our samplings, retail takeovers, sales and discounts (BOGO Starbucks, anyone?), and all the other great news we love to share with you.
